"Lua" is a single by Bright Eyes released in October, 2004. Originally appearing on the I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning album, the song deals with two people as they struggle through depression, addiction, and an interminable night. The song's theme is how what feels right during the night often turns out wrong in the morning. Conor Oberst appears alone on the track, on vocals and acoustic guitar.

I was at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this weekend and they had that exact guitar behind the glass. I had to double check to make sure. But that is definitely it. Little boat painted on it and all. Not that I thought they were lying. I was just curious.
