Cressey Performance Foam Roller Series

http://www.MagnificentMobil... This is the soft tissue series all our athletes go through each session. Typically, they'll spend 10-15 seconds on each spot - and obviously do both sides.

Great video... a lot better than that other one when you search "self myofascial release". It's 10 minutes and NO commentary -NONE.

Great video but be very careful about the foam roller on your spine. A very big no no especially if you have osteoporosis or osteopina

Thats only a contraindication to an existing medical condition. You could say that for anything eg. "Don't use it on your legs if your leg is broken" or " Dont roll your shoulder with the ball if you have bad tendinitis"
There's no reason not to be doing any of this stuff unless you yourself have a medical defect.

Thanks for the upload. This is excellent myofascial release. How many times a week should this done for a hard working athlete?
