Planning assistant minister Peter Kenneth now wants the government to address security concerns in the country ahead of the forthcoming census. Speaking in Kwale, Kenneth said the spate of insecurity has caused panic and anxiety among Kenyans and if the august exercise will be a success, the situation should be addressed urgently. So far trials have been conducted almost in all parts of the country ahead of the census to be held on the 24th and 25th of August.
OK...the law should then be everybody stays in their houses for 24 hours. Only the numerators, emergency crews and police patrols should be allowed mov't outside. Even thugs need to counted too.
