Why would you not post what lens you used??? Can you do that please.
-
Because the camera is so light, you need to add weight to stabalise the camera. You really shouldn't give up using this camera for moving shots, i absolutely love what you've done here.

Now that's what I'm talking about hd full quality canon 5d all day! :)
-
How many canon 5d's are exactly used in this shot?
-
Nice shots and color correction!!!!
-
The 5d2 is a superb camera. Can't wait til the 5d3 comes out. I've been juxtaposing the video quality of the T3i and 5d2 and they are equivalent. Tei is much cheaper though with 18 mp instead of 21.

What codec did you use? What export settings did you use? Is this quicktime/H.264?
-
what kind of lens do you have!?
-
Hey for the Magic Bullet Looks, what preset did you use? Or did you just color correct customely?
-
@RavenHouseProduction yeah. The 5D wins with sensor size. Its a no brainer.
-

@lemilfy It does have IS and it works kinda well and the major thing is it looks real and like professional movies until you took steps if you can bend your knees ever so slightly and try to walk slowly it will be fine.
Especially if you practice.
-
what lense did u use pls
-
@RavenHouseProduction i meant the rolling shutter (jello effect) problem that's plaguing the 5D. i don't mind using the camera without the stabilizer, if the shot requires a handheld-feel.
-
@justtakeiteasy i don't know enough about other cameras, just some personal experience from my own shootings from several shorts. 5D has rolling shutter (or jello effect) problem that makes me doubt it as a video camera for any moving shots. i was recently involved in a feature production and 5D was used for a segment and the CG team had some problems removing jello frames

Nice

@theEcrave LMAO!!!!!!!!!!
-
Nice video man! Can I ask for which specific zeiss lenses you used to make this beautifully shot short?
-
nice work

Nice quality, that full frame makes a huge, huge, huge difference. You should tryout a steady tracker for tracking, push-ins, and push-outs (especially for phone conversations, where the shaking wasn't really necessary) . It's not a steadi-cam, but it works really well. Check out some of the tests on Youtube.

Yeah thats why I use The Core package from CINEVATE.
Makes the camera much heavier, you have grips in the front and a follow focus as well as a counter weight so the camera sits balanced on your shoulder, handheld looks great with this setup. Should have a short posted soon.
i liked it :-) some nice shooting .. a bit wobbly in places ..
i just got a 5d so now i know how hard it is to travel without wobble lol .. maybe a steadicam there would have worked .. liked the end running bit :-)
what lenses did you use ? ...

after this test i realized that 5d is at its best for still shots. i probably will never use it for any moving shots. i used 3 zeiss lens
