@shale0984 Sometimes racers do that for their drag slicks or burnout tires....a lot of times too for example you'll see a car doing a burnout with crappy wheels and tires in the back and nice ones in the front.

Super sweet. Saw this puppy up close and personal at the 2009 Mopar Nationals - very impressive. Love the whole "black" look.
