Attempting the perfect pour as instructed on the Innis and Gunn Leaflet and not quite getting it right.

  • thanks for the comment, according to the instructions on the box the glass needed to be kept vertical, otherwise i would have tilted it as that's usually how I would pour a beer.

  • Where you went wrong; your thumb was covering the label which was not full on to the camera when poured. Seriously though, rest the neck of the bottle on the glass and pour slowly, tilting the glass if it froths too much and pouring it faster and /or higher if it is giving a flat head, but always use the neck of the bottle to stabilise it on the glass.

  • my uncle who is the CEO and founder of innis and gunn said you need to hold the glass at an angle and pour onto the side of the glass and it works perfectly!!
