1. call all 3 of the Landers ( Located in sieght of hand, PHD Flopper, and Stamina)
2. use all of them
3. go to where you turn on the power and launch the rocket
4. if you have a ray gun or M72 LAW you can shoot the rocket until it explodes and it will drop a powerup for you under the base where it takes off from.
