@ChrisFromJersey Linux is getting easier for users to install, at the moment I'm running Good OS which is based on Ubuntu, It's quite a recent build and has wine with it to but I also have a old installation win2k on my hard drive so thats why wine works well.

Before I found this I always used windows but since then I can't go back to windows, it just takes way to long on the startup side of things where as Good OS it's ready as soon as you login.

How is Windows a pain in the ass on the Intel Macs? Windows on a Mac is just like Windows on a PC, its running natively like on any PC.

But it's not just Tiger..its the Mac hard ware, Apple doesn't want anything but Mac OS's on there, Linux is a bitch to install and windows is a pain in the ass on the Intels. Not only that but Apple doesn't want you messing around with it's insides so upgrading is a real bitch, maybe unless you buy the 2500$ mac pro, which for a PC you could buy the same specs for half the cost easily.
