@justme23005 700r are faster off the line and the top end is almost identicle. they weigh a hundred pounds less and are much more nimble. drags are almost all rider when it comes to the big bore class so dont talk trash about any of them. and if the ds was so much better they wouldnt have stopped production

@buckdown12 118 on a 250 and a 660 raptor huh? wierd stock gearing doesnt allow for either to go that fast. biggest sprocket you can get on the rappy is a 15 up front and with the mods you listed you arent gonna pull that gear all the way. quit bullshi**ing, just makes you look stupid. talking shit and showing it are 2 way dif things. all you have is a mouth

i have a raptor 700r buddy has ds 650 both stock in a open hay feild it was even up race sometimes i won and sometimes he won with those 2 qauds id say its about the rider but people have different opinions oh well both great bikes for the price so whatever you like get and dont complain about it. i like my rappy he likes his ds were happy so stop complaining please

i have a 01 650 with ron woods stage 2 engine kit includes carb and header topping it off with a pro circuit t4 muffler. hole shot tires..(rips sideways at 70) i pull on everything in the woods around here. i lost a crown vic heading south on hwy 101 of course i turned off on a trail but he followed long enough to call it 'losing him'. im not sayiong ds650's are faster than rapter 660's or 700's but i have smoked em while leading and kept em in sight while following

@ds650ryder hey man ill put money that both my 250 yamaha dirtbike with kenda tires a crome compresser and exhaust panel with 2k nitros, or my 660 raptor with exhaust system cold air intake and 5k nitros with shock springs and stretch out back would smoke your 650 both my toys will hit over 118mph and dats the least they will go bring it man oh and you better have some money

I smoke 700 raptors all the time with my DS650's. Theres no comparison... DS650's are also built a lot better.
