Sorry for the quaility of the video, I had to use my digital camera since I lost the USB cord for my camcorder.

EDIT: Okay to clarify things, he did get 100%. When the four button chords come down he hits them correctly but his finger slipped and hit the red button, thus losing the sustained note. But he still hit the note, thus he still got 100%.

In fact, if you look hard, you can see the Yellow button pressed down for a second. Go ahead and look.
