Eh. I prefer the more mysterious aspect, as the book never clearly said that the boy was thrown from the window. At least it allowed for more imagination, and then you could realise what happened from the twin's actions later on.

Innocent boy vs earth gravity = Gravity never lost. Referring the books Cersei and Jaime even started fucking around when they didnt know exactly what they are doing. Just "Hey this is fun". But daddy Lannister was displeased when he caught them in action. So what do we learn from it?
