It's actually not LED:s, LED-like lights are strobes. My camera don't capture the strobeflashes like you see them with your eyes.

LEDs was not common when this ambulance was build.

Yes it does, depends which state or Territory of Australia you in.

some have all green with stripes.

I thought all Aussie ambulances were white with red stripes and a small Maltese cross on the side and a black hood.

Except it have white instead of yellow and Light bar difference straight light bar with blue and red
