Dude your doing everything right. BUT!!! Your microwaving in plastic. I know you know alot of terminalogie for foods. What about objects? The toxins that are released from plastic, specialy non PBA free are cancerous. As for your pita bread, it's made with lil sodium but also contains yeast, while wheat is also a gluten and you know how gluten is not good for you either. Your body is amazing, like seriously amazing. You need to eliminate any type of bread made with wheat and stop using PLASTIC
