Short clip of the former location of Chicago Great Western's yard in Des Moines south of Gray's Lake. The first view is of its depot restored to a modern office complex. The second view is right in front of the former shops right in the middle of the yard. CNW & UP used the yard for excess storage and finally removed the line entirely about ten years ago.
