    watch a ton of customer service program from big training companies but this surpass it all.

    im a freelance trainer and will finishing my customer service module.Can I use some of your lectures and key points?I love training and I also believe that companies are losing too much profit bec of bad service.Thanks so much.More power!

Btw it is really lights up my day cos i am study for my marketing exam tommorrow and u explain customer service quality well enought to enlighten me to write for my exam...just hope that your topic does appear in my exam tmr..btw i live in singapore too..

  • Mr Ron it is simply amazing how you can motivate someone to be better, Im a student from mexico, and right now Im taking some classes about quality service, my career is about tourism, thats how I found tour video, it is unbelieveble! unfortunetly most of my classmates don't speak english, they are learning, I was just wondering if you have your material with spanish subtitles or even in spanish language? congratulations, I will visit your page. once again amazing.
