@Skansener Naturally your body wants to be as strong as possible with as little muscle as possible. us guys want big muscle simply cause we believe it looks good.Guys with naturally huge legs are like that because there bodies are making up for poor muscle quality i.e. weak muscle fibers, Thats right the guys you see with the toothpick legs, generally have better athletic potential then the cave man legs.At the end of the day the toothpicks win.

@Skansener HaHaHa - Obviously you have not seen my other videos where Squating, lunging and plyometrics are key to my training. Funny, My "Quads" are the biggest part of my body -hahaha - Check out this video PLYOMETRICS - JUMP SQUATS - Funk Roberts and some of my other Leg Workout videos of you need some suggestions - Thanks for the comment and cheers - Funk Roberts - P.S.
