Odessa, Texas. Carlos bought this store about two years ago. He came to me about 18 months ago and we started plans to rehab or refurbish the store. This is the way to do it on a budget and do it correctly. We replace the old front loader washers in the front of the store for the immediate effect of seeing the new washers. We added some stack dryers and the store has started to really pick up business.

  • Wrong; except top load washers do use a lot more water. In most of the stores we install the top load washers account for a small portion of the total revenue while costing the most to operate. This is from the lower revenue per footprint of each top load washer and the cost of utilities/pounds of laundry cleaned.

  • while top load washers use more water they are the most popular type of washer in america they last longer and can take more abuse.
