Umm...atemi waza in Judo are merely for distraction purposes.
How is it that, a sensei in Aikido is allowed to do this? How does this help the 'Way of Harmony'?
Or, is this a special, one time, unique thing (on the side)?
I'm a bit puzzled by this; can someone explain? Thanks.

My sensei broke the roof of a BMW car in a shomenuchi strike to the driver door .... after hitting his car from behind . He did it because he didn't want to hit him on his head so he preferred breaking the car nor his head .

@geezzerboy that would be stupid, no one would wait 3 minutes...the video was only 56 seconds =). lol, its a demo, its not meant to showcase a strike for strike fight

but your right .. breaking stuff and people requires physical attributes and raining but true master comes with self mastery wher eyou DONT destroy things
