This is my first colouring lesson video for the internet, and plus: it´s in english.
Sorry if my voice doesn´t help that much, I tried my best to explain all the proccess in details, though.

The intro music used is "Baseline" (from Quarashi) and all the other background ones came from the Chrono Cross game soundtrack.

I hope you find these videos usefull to your skills improvement, and if you have any questions, just pop a message here, or at my oficial DeviantArt page: www.maumanga.deviantart.com

  • Awesome video!! camera is quite shakey! Kinda makes me sick, I might have to try and watch you. Have you thought of getting a tripod?

  • Hello Soferia!

Well, this was my first video of this kind so... err, I didn´t know how to record it to the fullest, I´m sorry if the video was shaking. T__T

Some people have told me about this tripod idea, I might get one for my next vid!

    Thanks for the comment! :)

  • DraikyTheGreat from DA here!

Mau, I've always wondered how you color so beautifully, and thanks to this tutorial, I now know how much time, effort, and skill it takes to make such brillant pieces. I might take some of the tips you made in this awesome tutorial for my own pieces.

Kudos to the picture, too - looks awesome, as usual. Keep up the awesome work, Mau - I'll be waiting for more tutorials!

  • Yo, Draiky! :)

I´m glad to hear this video could be of some help for you, if you have any questions about the steps, feel free to ask!

I´ll see if I can come up with new videos in the future, for sure. :)

    See you on DA!

  • i love your style :D

question: is there a way to keep the picture nice and neat without having to put it in a sleeve or even laminating it?? i heard u can use hairspray but im kinda afraid that that jut might ruin my picture...
