  • German knives should be sharpened at an angle of 22 degree angle not 45.

  • not just german. actually no knife needs to be sharpend at 45 degrees. it was my first time in front of the camera andi was nevrvous. i hope that when people see they look at the angle i'm holding my knife instead of what i said at that particular time. i will be reshooting this sometime in the future cause that one part always bothered me, you were the first to speak on it.

  • by just the way this guy acts, I could see him causing serious damage to himself or others. Tell me.... how many times have you cut pieces of finger off?
