its a shame they didnt continue the anime. I am not really even a big anime person, I watch some things here and there but im not a huge fan of it. This is by far one of the best animes I have ever seen. the only shows I like are yuyu hakusho, case closed, gungrave, and this

when i first read this in the manga i thought... "can gutts really beat griffith and why is griffith opposing him?" never would have guessed griffith was that insane at that point in time. guts is superior to griffith as a swordsman and i cant wait for the final showdown! i do love griffith's character but the bastard deserves to die....

@ChaosZack08 I don't think anyone can beat Griffith's character. Seriously, it's at biblical proportions. One could easily compare him to the story of Lucifer, how he's like a fallen angel.
The final battle between Griffith and Guts is going to be one hell of a ride...

Griffith is the most repugnant character ever. He does nothing to really earn his power, he just sits there and whores himself out two however can help himself, or he whores other people out.
