ice baths are for athlete's who are sore. it helps the next day because your alot less sore.

a true test would of been to try to hold your breath under ice water. I like to see you do that.

You did really good, but you should have went all the way to the neck. The first 2 minutes are the hardest, then it get's a lot easier. I've stayed in 35F water past the shoulders for 10 minutes a few times. It helps with circulation, and the shock isn't as bad as the first time.

@bballgirl89765 Oh, okay. For a minute I thought you'd filled you freezer with a million of those plastic bags you fill with water, and when they freeze, you get a "sheet" of icecubes. TwT

yeahh ima start doing this now. I been practicing with coldd showers only... you think cold showers help a little bit to recover???
But where are you supposed to get all those ice cubes? Because that's A LOT of ice cubes!

@TrinneLovesAll13 We were at a hotel so we got them from the ice machine :) But you can just buy big bags of ice at a gas station or something.
