oh see that's waht's wrong, the OpenGL will give you perfect graphics (As you see in your one, you have balck floor...)

Well it's really not that hard to get dolphin running at that speed nowerdays,
I've just updated to Dolphin SVN Revision 1106 (LATEST) and used plugins:
OpenGL 0.1
HLE
360 pad.
