  • I never thought of using an offset repeat and just including it with motion mixer. I'll have to try that sometime... motion mixer does leave a lot to be desired from a user friendliness standpoint, but it still comes in handy.

    You can actually animate an object that is controlled by motion mixer manually, but it requires you to disable motion mixer (especially if you're using IKboost) on the bones you are affecting then make a new motion mixer clip specifically for that animation.
