In basic we did a running exercise called 30-60s we would sprint all out for 30 sec then walk for 60 and keep repeating back to back do this a lil then step it up and do 60-120,60 sec of sprints then walk for 120

I'm in CAP and I'm 14 and after high school I'm going to do Basec training I'm going to join the Rangers and then i plan to try green beret selection and I'm out of shape and I want to be in shape for boot camp so any work out secedual to help?

Joining the army and every single Special troop or whatever, is comparable to sex:
First you get in,
You do youre best and what you can,
You can find things youre good at, or you fail,
and after all, you find out how awesome it was or that iwas worth the sweat and effort you put into it.
