Laptops: yes, and mine has pretty loud ones. But battery itself doesn't.

My main computer is a laptop, so it's battery is kind of a UPS. So when electricity goes down, I'm happy! And it doesn't have fans! The thing I want is a new mouse or a cooling pad.
