@MARIETTI5 I'm Swedish and we've been in EU for a long time. This way of mixing EU and Europe together might just be something used in your country? I've no idea. I'm just saying I've never heard anyone mixing those two together before I read your comment.

@AndersLundwall Jaha, då fattar jag :)
Jag bor på östkusten i norra Norrland (Västerbotten för att vara exakt), så är inte alltför bekant med sådana saker så långt söderut :)

on the side of the policecar it's stand "ikke i tjeneste" not i duty..

@Pesanteuse Ow, ok, I understood you all.
Yes, in last time (since 2.years ago, we got a form to use to say Europe like EU).
Yes,I was supposed to be specifically expressed in my comment. ;-)
I'm from Croatia and if most of people decide to vote to join the EU (this year's referendum in 12/2011), we will enter for 2.years.

@Pesanteuse Ok, maybe you're living in Norway and probably in your country you didin't hear anybody to say that what you said in your comment, but in my country of Mediterranean who is bordering with EU, we used to say: "We are not in Europe(we meant in EU, not even 2.years) although we are in European continent like Norway.
It is just a way of expression.

@MARIETTI5 ....I have never said Europe instead of EU and I have never heard anyone else say it either

@MARIETTI5 Norway is surely in Europe, however not part of the European Union. Quite a difference.

They got no rights in Sweden. Then they have to cover there lightbars.
I think the law says that they are neded to cover the "Police" Signs on the side of the car. but but its not only only

@Goodspeed1337 No, only if it said "POLIS". "Politi" is not a protected word. These guys are actually in duty the day after at midsummer's eve in Strömstad, where at least half of all people are Norwegian during this weekend.

@AndersLundwall So, those Norwegian officers simply assissted their Swedish colleagues on Midsummer's eve, eh? :)

@skrivbok Yep, they are, every midsummer tons of crazy Norwegians invade places like Strömstad along the Swedish west coast. They will send quite a few police officers to work under Swedish jurisdiction.
