I cured my long-term severe headaches by learning Tai Chi Chuan. The circulation of 'Qi' (energy flow) in the body improves one's health.

  • It's encouraging to watch! Being disabled myself, I've just started over with Qi gong and moving into the first movements of Tai Chi Yang, and already experience a better feeling of my body and spirit.

    No need to be offending, paulthecannonball!!! Just be happy, you yourself can look graceful and be a whole person. That would be more positive. ^.^

  • I hope those who practice tai chi find encouraging after reading your comments. In fact, my movement is not controlled by my mind, but mainly by the chi running inside my body. My view is to practice daily and as time goes by, you will find out that tai chi is wonderful. Cheers!
