This is why I'm glad my TV has A/V out. Though I don't have a capture card, my DVD recorder also has input lag, making most games unplayable when plugged directly into it.
In any case, the audio lag isn't that bad on this. Like half a second, but at least it doesn't get worse throughout the video. Not like it's too big a deal with a game like Mega Man.
