TAC - Motorcycle (Australia)

A new campaign from TAC, and it's one for you two wheeler people. They don't do many (Vice Versa is the only one I can remember) but when they do, they're pretty good. These two adverts are pretty gory, and show what can happen if you don't wear good enough protective clothing while out riding. Top marks for these, and what I like the most is the *Squelch* sound effect when the various bits of mangled skin and clothing are peeled off the body. Gruesome. I love it.

It's true.My dad's friend works in an ER and he can tell some pretty gruesome stories about people who weren't wearing proper clothing when they crashed.

Its OK for us here in Scotland not getting too hot in leathers but for you guys I can see why you's skip wearing leathers a lot of the time, ride safe

the one thing i don't like about this add is their are textile clothing and kevlar lined jeans and cargo pant's that they don't mention that can resist abrastion for 4 secs the add is a bit basic.

umm.. i was hit by a car and while my jeans were shredded like that, it wasnt the road that did it, it was the paramedics cuttting my jeans off after the car broke my femur. there are jeans that are fairly abrasion resistant and at street legal speeds will protect for the most part, some even come with knee and hip protection
