For my english final, we had to find and do something that would be a challenge.
My challenge was to cook something for my baby brother. It doesn't seem like much of a challenge, i know. but he's allergic to beef, wheat, soy, eggs, milk, fish, shellfish, and nuts. so there's a lot of things we gotta avoid when feeding him. basically, his diet mostly consists of chicken, rice, and juice.
i had to find something that would taste good and be good for my brother. i made gluten free spaghetti and dairy/gluten free banana rice pudding. and this is the video. :)
