Hi, it depends on the quality of the carpets and what condition they are in. The carpet in the video was o.k, so yes, a larger tool would have been just fine and is probably more appropriate for larger areas like the trunk but for more intricate areas and ingrained, poor quality carpets then a crevice tool will do a more thorough job ;)
