i had custom chopper awesome looking ride, sounded tuff!! but the bloody thing was high maintenance. bought a brand new 2008 gsxr1000 holy phuck these things are "like the pro's say" bullet proof. sevice every 6000 ks motul v300 oil and filter around $80 and full up with gas and thrash knocking on 40,000ks and still strong as hell and no problems at all!! japs know there shit when it comes to bikes!! still luv me pro street choppers tho!!

Keep talking ppl. My brother's always fixing that leaky newer Harley of his. Yadda yadda yadda keep talking cuz the only way to save your Harley is by NOT riding it. Metrics were made to be ridden hard and fast for a long long time. Like my metric cruiser which has been reliable.
