Vince obviously loved Adrian Street, and with good reason. If Adrian was bigger and yonger he'd be perfect for the 80s WWF. As it were, they borrowed parts of his gimmick with Macho Man (his relationship with Liz), HBK (the outfits and ring entrance), Adorable Adrian Adonis (obvious). Probably others I'm not thinking about, too.

He was also a very nice guy who did a lot of charity work. My mom and step father worked for WWE in the 1980's. My stepfather was one of the ref's.
