Real Estate Tips: from Dan Hendel San Francisco
Professional Experience
Dan has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and joined Coldwell Banker in 2001. He is a San Francisco specialist and has achieved International President's Elite (top 4% internationally) status for the past two years at Coldwell Banker. Dan was also a top agent with his previous broker. He works with both buyers and sellers. By focusing on his buyers' needs, he is able to find great homes within reach despite the current competitive real estate environment. For sellers, he maximizes the selling price by effective, innovative and creative marketing and helps sellers evaluate the best offer to work with.
Education
Dan earned a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco, CA in 1992 ; he graduated with academic honors and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1988; and he completed his secondary education at the Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, MA in 1984. Dan obtained his real estate license in 1995.
The truth of the matter is that we all are really representing ourselves... and sometimes, every once in a while, people actually help one another. Dan is a friend and a really fantastic agent.

I hate walking into an Open House. Realtors aways want to represent me. The truth of the matter is that they really are representing themselves.
