As in any arena, there will be people who disagree and agree on many things. But facts are facts. Saakashvili began the war, innocent civilians were killed, and he has driven the Osetians even further away from any type of reunifications. Personally, just as Husain and Calley were tried in courts, I would like to see saakashvili tried in court also.
