If you guys notice their attitude during this ceremony compared to the previous year's Western Conference ceremony, there's a huge attitude change. The previous year, they all looked like they had just won it and we're happy just to be there. But this particular year, they knew this was only a stepping stone to the next level and it was no time to celebrate.
