I don't think you should be reuploading this. You could do other things to share this video, like posting a journal or whatnot about it telling people to watch it. Also, I do not think that in any way, shape, or form, that you should put "original" on videos that are not yours, because that is claiming that YOU made it, and that Parry Gripp reuploaded it.
