Shit pay, no fulltime, no set schedule, and no taking off during holidays are reasons I will strickly freelance if I can help it. And why arent DM managers and above salaries listed. Are they hiding something? No one is worth more than a 100k(except CEO) not even doctors. They probably dont want employees to know or their will be a strike. These big corps better understand that employees make or break companies and if they dont treat employees fair, they will go to their competitors.

Besides the benefits, publix is a shithole company. The managers go on powertrips and act up when the district manager aint around, and when he comes in they straighten up. Dont know how I stuck it out for six years. Management get swapped out every so often because they get so many complaints. When they powertrip, have attitudes, and curse people, they know it, but dont care.

Um so yeah, cool video................. i just got hired, i do not have a disability. I am a full time college student and i am a little, if not a lot, more intelligent than you are. With your attitude, i highly doubt you'll make it anywhere in life.

Well, if the kid they gave the job to was a retard, then you must be a dumbass and I am glad they didn't give you a job! Get a life! Don't be talking about kids with disabilities like that! X(

Secondly, I just got hired with Publix about 3 weeks ago. They are one of the top 100 employers to work for in the USA. Lots of benefits, room for advancement, etc. Their lowest paid manager position (assistant department manager) starts out at roughly $43K a year, which ends up being about $60K a year after benefits, stock options, etc. The company buys stock and gives it to it's employees for free. They are 100% employee owned. They have their own credit union. Must have failed the drug test.
