@Spaceshotx7 Good observation! UTA came up with a solution that works pretty well. On weekdays, the Red line (Daybreak to University) and the Green line (West Valley to Salt Lake Central) run S70s, while the Green line (Sandy to Salt Lake Central) runs SD100s and SD160s. On weekends when the system runs fewer cars, all three lines run S70s.
won't it get confusing for wheelchair passengers who use the mini-high platforms for boarding? The high levels are required for boarding the SD-100 and SD-160. but if a SD-70 pulls in, the wheelchair passenger would have to rush down to the low level to board.
