I have to admit, Todd amazes me. He could always walk on his hands across an entire room and back with no problem. But today after a hour and a half of hard Physical training he wanted to show me one of his new arms. With this arm he can bare weight on it and it want hurt and he can even screw on the end of it different attachments. You watch he is going to be climbing that rock wall they have out here. He told me today that he will be walking again in two weeks. I think he means it, whether it's on his new legs or on his hands, he will be mobile.

  • Yes Todd tired Bio- ski's the first time the second week in Feb 2011 ( 3 months after the loss of his legs) and a week later conquered the Mono ski's with no teathers and last week spent a week in Aspen skiing. He isn't missing out on life. Feel free to go to caring bridge . org and punch in toddlove and watch him walk and ski for the first time.

  • Todd is my son, He is a Recon Marine and stepped on an IED in Sangin, Afghan on Oct. 25, 2010 and lost both his legs and left arm below the elbow. Thank you for taking the time to watch his video. Todd's story is at caringbridge toddlove where you can read his story and see video's of him skiing for the 1st time on Bio-skis 108 days after his injuries and then solo skis on Mono-skis. It's pretty amazing,
