Well 2 years ago I cycled 22 Kilometres before breakfast and lost a my belly fat. It crept back on, but I've dusted down my bike and just did 35k before my breakfast today. I do have a coffee though and I keep myself hydrated with plenty off water. I never feel like passing out.

Watch out for exercising intensely before breakfast, because your bloodsugar will be low, and you could end up passing out.

The title of the video says high intensity but in the video he says to do 20-30 mins of low intensity instead. I would not recommend doing any sort of cardio exercise before having breakfast. You burn a lot of calories as is while you're sleeping and your body needs to be replenished immediately upon waking, regardless how hungry or not you're feeling. This idea of skipping breakfast, or at least postponing, is relatively old and worthless. All you need is a low-calorie, nutritous diet :]

Yeah, because you have no calories in your body so it takes your fat as fuel to burn.
