Strip and split your wire. Insert one side into slot A and the other into slot B. Do the same with multiple runs of wire.

  • Hi ZacGTV, You are correct about keeping the transformer above the ground. Thanks for pointing that out to all the viewers! This particular deck, is already about 8 ft off the ground, but I still usually hang the transformer fairly high above the deck floor too if possible.

  • why 3' + above the ground? is it a moisture issue? grounding? ...?

  • Your timer should be 3 feet above the ground. I guess since your covered there it wont matter much for your install.
