@pooterray they say at the beginning that its for transgender support. The rest of your statement and you can relate easily to internal struggles, but its clearly stated what its for.

When I first saw this. On TV, on HBO. I cried. And my mom didn't understand. Because I feel the exact way. It scares me to know that someone goes through the same thing. But it makes me so happy that people know. This to me is so golden.

I love the performance. I don't think they were trying to gain support for "transgender", but rather express the struggle inside one person. We all fight a battle with ourselves. Hell, it could be wanting to eat cake when you have diabetes :) Or being biracial (like myself) and identifying with both races. To struggle with yourself and the world is a natural part of maturing, and I think they did an excellent job of reenacting what we all go through at some point in our lives! Good work ladies!
