I have his first two CD's they are both acoustic. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves the blues. Get them first and then move on to his electric stuff. Gives you a much greater appreciation for the evolution of this great artist.

thanks so much for posting this howlin' wolf cover. i am so dissapointed none of my local record shops sell alvin's cd's...such a great musician and so under rated. he's my buggest influence...his love for country blues is so awsome
