It's taken us a year to make this dvd, but it's finally here. We have essentially catalogued over 200 calisthenics exercises based on movement and level of diffuculty. Our mission is to show people how to get in the best possible shape of their lives without having to lift a weight or join a gym. We want to show the masses how to progress with calisthenics and get to the next level no matter what condition or age your starting at. More information is at http://barology101.com.

I set out to see how many muscle-ups i could do in 5 minutes. The first 26 I did without coming down off the bar. I did this a few days before Jaz did 26 at Bondi Beach. His were much more impressive. Nonetheless this was a good 5 minute challenge that anyone who can do muscle-ups should try. Then try it a few weeks later and see if you can increase the number in the 5 minute interval. I am going to retry soon and will post results. I'm looking foward to seeing other try and post. Peace to all. p.s. if you can't do muscle-ups yet then alternate 10 pullups and 10 single bar dips or regular dips. Do as many reps as possible in the 5 minutes even if you break up the reps of 10, but stay with the exercise until you finish all ten then switch. http://thebarunion.com/

  • @xway so fuckin tired of hearing it. I was on a smith machine low to the ground. my legs would hit the ground. do better

  • @kalosthenos and so i look at your other vids, 1 man on da bar , and looks like u can do it quite easily w/o the assist of yor legs, so i take my comment back =)

  • @xway hey man no problem. sorry bout the way i responded. I most importantly just try to have fun. I'm 39 now and it's fun to swing on the bar like a kid again. lol
