This is from Michael's appearance at the Rainbow Warrior Music Festival in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Palo Soleri Amphitheater in 1988.

Artists from all over the world converged to celebrate the spirit of the Rainbow Warrior.

I was privileged to stage manage this event and Michael's performance was one of my favorites. Beautiful song that says it all so eloquently.

Lover of the World is a perfect anthem for Earth Day... maybe we should petition to nominate it somehow. If you haven't yet heard Michael's latest CD...it is gorgeous. has as much meaning and heart as anything I've ever heard...especially love Wild Horses Run, Another Way to Love You and Flag of Human Kindness, a tribute to the beloved land we live in. Keep up the great work MT.

I have a small studio and have actually covered that song and a few others. I email MT from time to time with questions and comments- or condolenses. He recently lost his mom to cancer and lost his dad a couple of years ago. I'm on his mailing list and he touches base with his fans on a monthly basis.
