Chesapeake Section of the American Water Works Association John Moore Past Chair, Sam Grant and J. Scott Shipe Chair of the Government Affairs Committee in front of the Supreme Court (Capitol Hill) - Washington, DC after meeting with the Maryland Senator Benjamin Cardin; the meeting talking points included many drinking water issues including replacing aging water infrastructure. Numerous Chesapeake Section member utilities have cast iron piping over 140 years old that is still in service including the City of Cumberland, City of Frederick, City of Baltimore, Washington, DC and the City of Wilmington, Delaware.
