  • Hey Rod, Just wondering what kind of rod/reel combo your using in this video? Looks like a really fun setup, that rod bends like crazy!

  • @drum911 The reel is a Shimano Sustain 2500, spooled with 8lb test Maxima Ultragreen. The rod is a 8.5' Fenwick HMX, rated 4 to 10lb test.

  • as always, it is a pleasure to see you and/or Nina hard at work. LOL does that make sence. Thank you, for doing what you do so well, and sharing…….

  • @1Moongate Thanks. It's tough work but someone has to do it. ;)

  • Great vid Rod as always. Just remember, you are not successful until you got haters so congratulations!!

  • @maxcruiser Thanks. ;)

  • @monsterholics "Chink"? Best comment so far! Your "How to Make a Helmet Cam like the GoPro for FREE!" video is nicely done. That doesn't happen to be you in the video does it? It's always refreshing to put a face to a racist.

    Don't forget to subscribe! :)

  • @connorjjg This is the 300th video actually. For some reason it didn't show up at the top before. We'll do some special for 500 I guess.

  • @fishingwithrod People are just jealous lol

  • i've read on news that there was dead baby body found on fraser river? ?

man that must felt nasty to take fish out that river.

  • @fingerSk8te We had a bit of luck on the fly late in the season actually, just didn't do much filming with it. Water clarity was an issue during the first couple of weeks of the season so we didn't fly fish.
