The tank size is fine, thumbs up! But I would ad some aquatic plants and even some fish. Just to five him something to chase around.

you need some plants or something.. make it look like his natural environment.

Please go and make his aquarium more comfortable for turtles. Get some waterplants, to hide under it. Or a hiding place.... I can´t understand why people spend money on animals, but save moneyy on equipment. Do you get a child and save on it´s diaper?????
It took along time for human to develope themselfs, but less time to destroy everything in the development!

Yup. That's about what my pair do. Though they sleep through the day too when they're bored. Currently working on a 50 gallon tank for the pair with a 20 gallon sump. The setup they're in now is way too small. I'd say they're roughly two years old as well. The female being much larger than the male, though he's got those seriously girly nails goin on.
So how big's your little dude now?

@RocketFullcom He's about 5 or 6 inches, I have a 40 gallon breeder tank for him. His nails are ridiculous as well.
